01 / Knitted Fabrics
From fibre to finished fabric.
Start with the fibre and composition, then define the construction, weight, colour and finish for your application.
Cotton; spun and filament polyester; recycled polyester; polyester/cotton; viscose and blends; modal; lyocell; bamboo; and CVC options.
Single jersey, piqué, interlock, rib, double honeycomb, jacquard and slub effects. Tubular and open-width options, with or without elastane, depending on the construction.
The current range includes 140–260 GSM fabrics; weight, width and composition are confirmed for the selected construction.
Shade development against a reference standard. Finishing options include gold finish, silicone softening, hydrophobic treatment, bio-polishing, wicking and antibacterial finishes.
Review GSM and lot consistency, shade matching, colour fastness, shrinkage and spirality against the intended application. Testing requirements and acceptance standards belong to the individual fabric specification.

02 / Elastics & Narrow Woven

Polyester and nylon options for waistbands, straps, tapes and other garment details. Define the construction, width, stretch, colour and branding around the intended use.

Jacquard Logo and patterned elastics, including low- and high-hook constructions, for underwear, activewear, sports bras and shapewear.
Woven Plain and striped elastics, with standard or plush backs, for waist and leg openings, straps, neck tapes and jacket details.
Knitted Crochet constructions and breathable options for waistbands, hosiery, hidden inserts and selected technical applications.
Widths up to 55 mm for jacquard and up to 60 mm for woven elastics in the existing range.

Print Screen, rotary, sublimation and HD silicone print options for graphic and branded details.
Branding & effects Jacquard logos and patterns, embossed logos, space-dyed and melange effects, and drawcords.
