A Focused Process / Pre-Treatment

Caustic-free bleaching. Two application routes.

Cotton and blended knits, and terry towels. Choose the route around the available equipment and batching space.

Caustic-free bleaching helps preserve fabric softness and strength before dyeing. It can reduce heat and water demand, with the greatest savings on the cold pad-batch route.

Cold Pad-Batch Bleaching

The preferred route for suitable cotton and blended knits or terry towels when padding equipment and batching space are available. Pad the chemistry, batch the fabric, then wash and neutralise; confirm suitability through trials on your fabric and water.

Dyeing-Machine Route

An option when padder capacity or batching space is limited, using the existing soft-flow machine without pad-batch storage or dwell. A lower-temperature variant is available subject to trial.

This is caustic-free bleaching; cold pad-batch reactive dyeing is a separate process within EURACTIV.

After-Treatment: Clearing & Oligomer Control

Reduction clearing in acidic medium for disperse dyes on polyester and polyester/cotton blends.
EUROCLEAR-S
Clearing in the retained dyebath, without a separate neutralisation step in the documented process.
EUROLIGO
Oligomer removal and dispersion to limit deposits on fabric and equipment.
